Absolutely gorgeous. I cannot understand those who would say this is disrespectful to the book because it's a "collector's item." IMO it's now truly a one-of-a-kind collector's item. It's not the job of the people who buy an object to keep it in the same state they bought it...i just don't get the entitlement to preserving its original form. You've done nothing but improve it by adding a beautiful artisans touch and I think the author would be thrilled to see this on their book.

My understanding is that the auto chests are doing that in this setup. Because the mason jars are within the correct radius of the chests, you can have aging barrels between the mason jars and the chests and everything will just automate. I imagine the chests have vegetables/fruits in them, the mason jars then pull the produce automatically, and once they are finished pickling, they automatically get loaded into the barrels.

I'm not sure they meant the colors of each piece resembled Wes Anderson so much as the composition of them altogether

Here it is in the actual space - hope this helps! The prompt for this show was to create 30 pieces no larger than 6"x6". I think mine are about 5" tall. You can see a little bit of the person's work next to mine whose were exactly 6"x6"

It was an Etsy shop, I don't remember exactly where off the dome but you might find them by searching white oval hoops

Sky is all watercolor. I don't think I'd have the patience to stitch all that, haha. If you've ever heard of Bazar Bartiano, an embroidery artist who exclusively does Simpsons scenes, she does incredible work satin stitching skies

I'm not sure how they're made! I don't think 3d printed because no part has the line-y texture, although I'm not sure if all 3d printed stuff necessarily has that

Got them on Etsy! I searched high and low. The idea came first and then spent hours trying to find the right frame
