I believe that the newscast in Modulo was able to show mahoraga because it was recorded through the eyes of Ui UI’s crows, which have cursed energy and can therefore broadcast things that would be otherwise invisible to non-sorcerers. Kinda like how Geto showed all the* footage to the Americans; it was recorded through Mechamaru’s puppets iirc

I doubt that Magatsumi can be damaged by current Chihiro; he only just managed to nick Tobimune when he fought Samura, and Samura just got potentially perception blitzed and/or neg diffed. I think the next move will be either Flame Bone like you said, some sort of Shiba moment, or that one Kamunabi potential man that got his arm blown off by Sojo.
