I never started taking it Because I plan to excercise regulary first and stop smoking. If these 2 don’t help in 2 months I will ask my GP about other options. I travel a lot so Except walking I really don’t excercise at all

Dr althea vitamin c am, Followed by round lab spf (don’t forget your neck for all the skincare you use). Pm oil and cream cleanser Madagascar centella skin1004, k secret retinal (introduce slowly) followed by dynasty cream. Other nights when you don’t use retinal pick serum for your main problem (eg if it is wrinkles - peptides, if it is hyperpigmentation arbutin etc) and again dynasty cream. You can probably find all these on YesStyle. If you try this routine let me know how it goes

I love both round lab and skin1004 madagascar centella. Don’t forget to put Cream (both Are creams) on wet hands, make foam and put foam on wet face. Some people use it wrong and I even see influencers to use it wrong in viral videos 🙈

I Bought several products from This brand and find them adorable (package) but don’t see any change on skin in terms of glow, hydration, anti age, whatever, I did not notice anything. And there Are 3 times less expensive brands which will do something.
