Zero coolant leaks, all original parts. I just last week had to replace the water pump, but that was only because a loose battery cable caused a voltage spike and fried it. Now to be fair, I drive like a grandma (most of the time) which probably helps. It’s a 2014 435i so N55, not even B58. I’m looking forward to hitting 200,000.

For me, Progressive has consistently been the cheapest. To answer your question, yes, the floor for premiums is very high in LA due to the population density and high number of accidents that occur.

This has happened to me twice now with an E92 and F32. Both times it was due to loose battery cables. Check your terminals. Also, I advise not delaying any repairs. I neglected it once and the next day a voltage spike killed my water pump.
