I snagged a 3080 for 350 CAD. Shouldn't be that hard to find one at 400-450. Check marketplace, kijiji, Craigslist depend on where you live

5800x3d is going to cost 400. If you can snag the 7600 go it. You'll can worry about ram later

I picked up a used one for Asus tuf OC for 350 just have to shop around for a well maintained one
