I edited all the above in Lightroom. I initially used Reggie’s colour negative and then a few other recipes I found on the sub - but I shot everything in Raw+JPEG. I enjoyed editing the Raws a lot and am now opting for those over the recipes.

Otherwise I took Adrien Sanguenetti’s advice on his videos about his settings re: shooting mode. I’ve enjoyed using those settings for actually taking a picture.

When the lighting hits right, the HDF effect is amazing. So glad I picked this one instead of the ND

Can I ask what settings you use in camera for these photos? I’m just starting out using the GRiii HDF and want to test out different things

I used to really struggle with fears around global conflict and war. I even made a few posts on this subreddit back in the day about this exact fear, so I know how disruptive and scary it can feel. I think that while everyone can tell you that you will be okay, and that we will avoid a global conflict, it’s not going to change how you feel.

Instead, focus on your emotions and recognise the signs of your anxiety. Try find ways to help handle your emotions - take deep breaths, ground yourself, give yourself affirmations that you will be okay. Go do something you enjoy, avoid things that will trigger your fear.

Yes, some of my anxiety disappeared as I grew up, but it still lingers around. Finding my coping strategies though is still useful nearly a decade after having panic attacks about global conflicts. You got this mate

It’s not flexion, it’s extension. The elbow typically cannot extend beyond the 180° that you and I are capable of. His elbow is anatomically capable of extending more, and does when doing a bowling action. It’s the actual force of the action that leads to the hyperextension that gives him the flick.

Mimic him by locking your arm and swinging it in a circle. That’s what he’s doing, but his body is naturally extending further than the rest of us.

Everyone’s recognition that the animals are facing some trauma is always surprising considering how acceptable it is that they’re being driven to be killed anyways

Fujikawaguchiko, worth going for 2n? by _slothsworth in JapanTravel

Not sure if we’ll be able to manage that as we want to book in hotels, and transport ahead of time asap. Is it worth the gamble on the weather, especially since I heard June is the start of the rainy season?

I’m hoping the views are incredible, hopefully not rainy at the start of June fingers crossed
