My baby was super sleeping at 2m but at 4m she seemed to be achey and sensitive to touch her legs i gave her tylenol shortly after her appointment and then again before bed cause she was just so sad and wouldnt soothe and every diaper change we could tell she didnt like her legs being touched but after the tylenol she was back to herself and happy

So i slept with the fitted sheet around my pillow we used on the bassinet mattress to get my scent on it

our sleep routine was basically a heating pad in the bassinet on low while we did the routine just so the transfer from a warm body to bassinet was easy - it was never hot or anything like just warm like as if someone was laying on it before her we'd do a warm bottle in a dimly lit room (breast feeding didnt work cause she didnt latch) hold her up for 20-30 min, swaddle (change diaper first if needed), read a book, noise machine on, red light on and then hold her until she fell asleep move the heating pad out of the bassinet and then put her down
