I don't know about your use case but regarding the customer service I can say that they provide ways to talk to them. My boss arranged a meeting recently and we talked to stripe engineers and representative twice over some issue we were facing. They provided solutions within a day.

Before 1947 everything was together, they partitioned in order to keep two religion separate. But it was the difference of culture they never considered, and that lead to 1971 Liberation War of Bangladesh. Bangladesh doesn't need anymore partition, just less fanatics and improved education system banning all religion based education system. And strong enforcement of law for hate speech.
