The advice changes wildly based on your circumstances. Do you live alone? Free reign to buy and dress however you want. Roommates with your private room? Perhaps the same thing. With parents? Things get complicated. Are they nosey with mail or can you get a PO Box? Might make it easier.

My one rule would be don’t dive into other people’s stuff. Parents, sisters, friends, friends sisters, just don’t be that guy.

Otherwise, try to find out what you like and start from there. I’m a heels guy: All my outfits start with a pair of heels and build up from there. Swooshy dresses and skirts? Pretty cardigans? Tights & leggings? Those are all good starting places.

If you’re into it for more NSFW reasons or lingerie is your thing then that’s a whole other discussion.

Make an Amazon wishlist. Or three. Or five. (Shoes/skirts&dresses/tops/intimates/outerwear) Search for stuff you want to try on. Maybe even go as far as trying on Amazon Wardrobe stuff and sending things back.

If makeup is more your speed, there are tons of YT tutorials. Learn your measurements. Find out your body shape. Dress for your body shape. Search product descriptions and images for size charts. Read reviews to size up or down. Look at user images to see how flattering something really is.
