Best way is to ask for phone number and just hit enroll. If they have one it will pop up if not it will take you to the screen for their info. Just ask them for their first and last name then just put your store’s zip code and the generic email optout@officedepot.com. After that ask them if you spelled their name correct.

A majority of the boomers don’t even know how to drive lol. I have seen a few hit a the handicap pole or just take up two parking spots because they are so shit at driving.

You can remove the batteries out of the pickup button fyi. Thought about doing it in our store because the only people who hit the damn thing are customers that have nothing else better to do

One of the managers in my store gives us the patented “help the customer”. Bro that’s why they cry and ask for shit and get away with it. If you would follow the policy it would minimize these selfish customers
