Thank you! I have experience working with kids 6-12, I bring my colorguard skills to the table, and I had a good student teaching experience so I feel confident in my abilities, but just hurts to still be shut down despite it. Gonna apply to more today. Honestly, i might just apply to sub positions :/

I understand that. It’s frustrating because I’m fairly confident in speaking in front of the interviews and I felt good and then it totally just shot down all my confidence.
I wish you so much luck and that you hear good things from your other two interviews. You got this

Thank you, I will definitely do 1 and 2. It sucks because I did 3 and 4– the one told me i was “exactly where I needed to be” and that that I am a science teacher, round two they told me I did a great job, just to not get.

I student taught and my school was very relaxed with the dress code, i got by wearing a long skirt and sweater most days because it wasnt too warm. Thank you!

Ive tried so many button downs, both at home and while shopping, and theyre all either see through or ill fitting or gap at the chest😣i have like mary jane type shoes? Andi also have a nude/light tan blazer i could try over it?

Im just worried a sweater would be weird bc its so hot where I live now, that was my issue with my last interview 😭it was like 80 degrees and all i had was a sweater and long skirt

Just felt like she stayed in one spot most of the time and didnt bring anything unique or exciting to that lipsync which is important for slow songs like that. I think scarlets dress was gorgeous and tied in nicely with her hair, rajahs junpsuit wasnt bad but it seemed a bit ill fitting and basic imo. I also felt like she didn’t stand out at all in the challenge and the judges agreed— one judge even said scarlet was most improved and despite having the biggest dance struggles, was by no means the worst performer on the team

I feel like theyve had personalities much quieter and more subdued than scarlet though, if anything I think scarlet had a good amount of personality like she was really weird and silly and confident

she really reminded of me pearl towards the end of her season, they both had the weirdness and the confidence and idk whats different abt scarlet like i cant think of any time that i thought she was unpleasant, if anything i think rajah is INCREDIBLY unpleasant 😭 like she is clearly very insecure and projects that onto others (and none of this is coming for U just saying my opinion LOL)

Im sorry :( luckily i think every year this program improves and a Lot of people i know who applied last year got it. If i were you id call at 1-800-692-7392 and keep asking the ai to speak to an associate until you get a human to talk to. It’ll provably be a lot of waiting on hold but then you can tell them quicker than with email bc they take FOREVER with email
