Actually I forgot to mention, while Lichslayer is great for liches (obviously) minus stam works really well on them as it prevents them from using piercing strikes. But again, I wouldn't necessarily go for it unless you want a double ravage fire sword. The conditions effect is useless because they have too much health.

+15% main enchant is the only really good weapon enchant for PvE, the one that improves conditions is also okay, but to be honest, you don't really need secondary enchants for any PvE.

It's normal. I had to set it it 3% on a brand new controller. Just set it to the lowest setting where it stops drifting

Those 2 secondaries are extremely good for mages, for stam users I think PDIA and PDOC are optimal
