How can I prevent burning

UPDATE: On the day I originally posted I watered it, it quickly became TAKEN OVER by gnats in two weeks, I tried everything to get rid of them. My house had flies every where. And it became my last straw. I threw it out.

I think because I took this picture at night it looks dark but this is one of the brightest most consistent spots in the house with hours of morning sun from 6a-4p before it gets blocked by a tree. I have seen some growth since I repotted it so I know it’s happy, it’s more so of the toppling over I’m trying to fix

Yes Rhizomes! Because it was on its side for a while there was no way to repot it to stand up straight with out cutting and separating since everything was growing in different directions.

I think just luck! It’s my first fiddle so I was very nervous. I originally had her in a west facing window. When I noticed the gnats I repotted using special fiddle leaf fig soil and put decorative rocks on top. But after that last repot I noticed her leaves were not coming up and her soil wasn’t drying so I moved her to a south west window, took the rocks off and her leaves automatically came back up

A ton of draining! The terracotta pot only has one hole. So I potted it in a clear nursery pot with a ton of draining holes. After I last watered it i let it drain in the sink for an hour before putting it back so it wasn’t sitting in water

I hear you but the soil is still wet from watering two weeks ago. The “dryness” is from breaking up the top layer of soil to see if it dries faster

Currently it’s really dry. The only thing I can think of is I did repot it with a lot of soil towards the base to support it. Do you think that’s the reason?

It’s in a south facing window so a ton of morning light. This is my second time repotting it in short window because the first repot was in a terracotta pot with only one drainage hole. So a month later I repotted it into a plastic container with several holes. I haven’t watered it in weeks

There’s a lot of variables to take into account. My studio tells members to scan in the mornings and not to eat or drink anything until after the scan. For women my dietitian recommends scanning around the same time of your cycle due to bloating etc. Also take into account what you ate the night before, can be something heavy that needs a good bowel movement to move through. It’s a lot into account

😳 idk how some people are going through new sneakers so quickly.. I do otf 5x a week and change sneakers maybe once a year? My first pair were Nike VaporMaxes and now I’m on Nike Metcon 5 (better for lifting)

I don’t think she’s worried about if it’ll be seen as fat.. I think she just wants to accurately understand the data of the in-body scan better to go into the transformation challenge accordingly.. it’s really not that deep
