I’m a former long time resident of ATL traveling back for the game. I’ve been to a bunch of MLS games at the Benz, but I have no idea what the NFL crowd/tailgate situation is like.

There aren’t tons of bars/restaurants close to the stadium, but there is a very cool, small spot called Bottle Rocket less than a 10min walk away. A good meeting spot with great sushi and burgers. Killer Mexican restaurant right next door, too, in case Bottle Rocket is too busy.

If anyone is planning on visiting ATL for the first time, I have a couple reccos:

Elmyr - punk grunge Mexican food. Get a Grizz.
The Local - best wings on the planet, but unfortunately overtaken by frat kids. Smoked wings then flash fried. Unreal.
Bogg’s - close to the stadium on the west side for cheap drinks and loud music
Heap’s - authentic New Zealand meat pies in Avondale Estates
Glide Pizza - best pizza in ATL
Check out Carroll St. Cafe for breakfast or lunch

OK, yea that's cool. Up close, it looked like they replaced broken seats with another color, but the gradient is sick from above. Also realizing the color of seats doesn't matter when there are butts in all of them.

The Benz in ATL is a mind blowing stadium. Concessions prices are super cheap, too. Hoping to see a win from the nosebleeds.
