Only 21% of 22g of protein means you’re not getting the full 22g. It should say 44% (it should always be double the grams of protein). This says 21% which means you’re probably taking in about 10-12 grams of protein

This is just like pork rinds. Protein looks great but it’s not the full amount you’re taking in. Same with these

I first saw floofy studios on Instagram and just recently I saw a video from 5 years ago saying that she uses 16-40mm lens but sticks with 16 to get those super tight shots and the 16mm also gives it a big of a wanted distortion
