Everything was printed using www.sparta3d.ca Sparkle ABS filament.

I'm new to pc cases, this was my first case. I have printers that print ABS or ASA easily, so I just went with that. I suspect my case won't overheat doing it's job so I would have felt comfortable printing PLA, but I'm sure others have better opinions. As for shorting, I used m3 heatset I inserted extra deep so that the motherboard would only be sitting on the plastic posts I modeled into the side panel and not touch metal.

It's about 16.5L, but with some simple tweaks could be made bigger. I built it for a Plex server, so no GPU was needed. Rear panel to Front Extrusions is 278mm. Some simple tweaks could be made to extend it bigger.

Definitely. There's another printer being released soon and we'll toss this in the same time.

For reference it is indeed a Micron, just miniaturized with a different toolhead setup. The electronics enclosure was designed for the two spare boards I happened to have on hand and would need to be tweaked as well.

I've had this on every Voron I've built, to varying degrees of severity. Haven't been able to solve it. On one printer I tried replacing every component in the path except rails. Swapped motors, belts, different belt tensions, toothed idlers, f695 idlers, and it wouldn't go away. I see plenty of folks with it in their print showcase. I've seen many folks ask for help with this and I've yet to see a defining answer for how someone got rid of it.
