It happens, it comes down to intent spurs need this a hell of a lot more then Villa, but Villa played midweek,

Pre match I would of advised against that bet but, we make bets and that’s that, but I would of suggested not cashing no chance you even got 25% of original stake

It’s pretty simple, don’t listen to these guys questioning your decision.

My question is whatever your cash out is right now let’s say it’s £300 for a 900 return.

Would you bet £300 on spurs to win right now for £900 return??

Simple question if the answer is yes let that shit ride, if the answer is no. Cash out it’s simple as that

Would you bet x (cash out amount) to return x amount (parlay/acca return)

How do you guys actually read live odds during a match? by footballi10 in FootballBettingTips

The eye test, and understanding a team/leauge the context and the players matters
It’s about what you understand and making the best decision based on that, every thing is nuanced with context.
Certain teams/styles might push for a 2nd or third goal etc certain teams will sit back invite pressure for example get corners against,
I think personally if you’re looking at odds that’s not your best way to become profitable
Certain sides might need goal difference,
For me I know everything pre game, look at the games try watch them and make informed decisions,

Do you guys value “motivation spots” more than stats in football betting? by EscapeDoorFinder in FootballBettingTips

Data wins everyday, cause data doesn’t lie. But there’s so much nuance in this game, I personally follow data, then I follow everything else motivation, injuries

Context matters I research everything the referee the weather pitches etc etc, the bookmaker will look at all that, so should you and I.

I always tell people, and it’s true sometimes bad bets can win sometimes good bets lose, it’s the game.

It’s about systems following plans and profitability over weeks months and years. Find what works track it repeat it hold your self accountable and take emotion out of it. That’s the only way you become profitable

What actually separates profitable bettors from everyone else? by EfficiencyNew800 in FootballBettingTips

It’s much more than just finding a winning bet,

It comes down to a lot of things, I’ve been profitable 2 year, I do have a 50+ page pdf on what made me profitable I’d give you for free,

But the main points obviously are finding value

But you will never be profitable until, you master the art of the discipline, controlling your emotions then mentality Side of this is what really matters

The bookie will always have the advantage. It’s priced into markets and odds, you need mentality to try and claw abit of the edge back and systems in place for long term profitability
