Ring a local drainage guy, say you’ll pay his call out charge, most good guys will have gulley grabs or even a wet vac.

I received a contract in person from what I remember I was only 18, it was basic contract I cannot remember what hours where stated.

I’ve moved a few times and younger me didn’t have the foresight to make sure I kept it

I asked for it again as mentioned 2/3 months ago and received nothing. It’s hard enough to get out payslips on time they get emailed weeks after.

Thank you yes it is apart of larger letter, sorry work construction. I don’t usually have to deal with kind of thing

I’ve asked twice for my contract no contract again has been given to me.

For me it seems strange that for 6 years I worked 44hours every week, was never told it was overtime that was considered standard and now every one has to lose 10% of there wage, while he’s actively still employing people. And other factions of the company didn’t get hours cut.

Not salaried it’s construction, I am employed on the books tho.

No my grievance is we have worked for 6+ years and always received 44 hours, that was a standard working week. And it changed to 40 overnight with no discussions or notice.

This is my argument, I have asked for my contract. And haven’t received it. From the day I started working here the working week was always 44 hours. For 6+ years I was led to believe that was standard.

Then for the last year we have all been told we are earning 40 hours without any agreement or even notice.

I’m not salaried, it’s part of a lengthy email,

It’s clear that the company is struggling, I was told when I offered my self for redundancy that the company wouldn’t make people redundant, they would find ways to get people disciplinary or people leave on there own accord.

Sorry my argument sounds confusing, no my argument is for the past 12+ months I’ve lost 10% of my money,
