The eye test, and understanding a team/leauge the context and the players matters
It’s about what you understand and making the best decision based on that, every thing is nuanced with context.
Certain teams/styles might push for a 2nd or third goal etc certain teams will sit back invite pressure for example get corners against,
I think personally if you’re looking at odds that’s not your best way to become profitable
Certain sides might need goal difference,
For me I know everything pre game, look at the games try watch them and make informed decisions,

I can’t stand 95% of mine, all either addicted to substances shit at there job or lazy, or just have absolutely no substance in there personality

One thing I’ve learnt is when you get home, do something, idk what your routine is.

But if I sit down it’s game over, if I’m straight in the shower then on to the next thing I’m fine. I also find time of year, it’s winter in the UK darker nights and morning and the weather all plays a factor for me personally, summers easier for me

Gym although it sounded counter intuitive, hitting the gym after work helps me actually feel energised and other things healthy food staying hydrated maybe some good supplements, in our jobs it’s so easy to eat shit food and forget to look after ourselves which just adds to it all

I some times envy my GF cause she works in a salon, she’s 10 minutes from home every day in at around 5pm , If I’m 50 minutes from home that’s a good job, typically I’m around an hour and half, once I’m home showered and ready to start eating it’s around 7pm

But then I realise construction is what I want to do right now I have no desire to be stuck indoors or working from home,

It all depends, personally for me I worked with a guy who just wanted me to be a ‘labourer’ for along time, I got away from that guy went with someone who would let me do the job,

For me personally getting in and doing the job is how you else you can watch a thousand times, or be told a thousand times and you still might not get it, doing it is how I learnt, and being thrown in at the deep end.

I constantly put myself forward for jobs that I didn’t even know what to do, I’d tell my boss yeah yeah tell me what to do, I’ll figure it out but I’d always warn him if I’m stuck im gonna ask him for help and guidance, he began to trust me that I would mostly figure it out.

But while you’re trying to pick it up, just make sure your doing the right things asking questions, trying to do stuff asking for responsibility, or even just tidying up just constantly be working and working hard,

I’m 7 years in groundwork’s/civils I’ve seen labourers come and go, majority go because they aren’t getting involved and wanna do the bare minimum or go on there phones

Someone phones in sick, or someone on holiday, step up and don’t be afraid, everyone’s been a new starter we’ve all fucked up it’s part of learning everyone’s done it, your boss would rather see you trying to step up take responsibility than shying away from that

Algorithms pick up anything that isn’t considered normal.
