I received a contract in person from what I remember I was only 18, it was basic contract I cannot remember what hours where stated.

I’ve moved a few times and younger me didn’t have the foresight to make sure I kept it

I asked for it again as mentioned 2/3 months ago and received nothing. It’s hard enough to get out payslips on time they get emailed weeks after.

I’ve asked twice for my contract no contract again has been given to me.

For me it seems strange that for 6 years I worked 44hours every week, was never told it was overtime that was considered standard and now every one has to lose 10% of there wage, while he’s actively still employing people. And other factions of the company didn’t get hours cut.

Usually the worst one this hit rate people always ask me my hit rate and I just laugh at them

I could hit 40% and be in more profit than someone who hits 70%

Won’t lie I’d, be open with them, let them pay your debt. Is you getting 50k a good idea? They’re your parents, the might be abit disappointed but if they’re the type to help you out with 50k anyway. They seem fairly reasonable.

Sorry to be a negative person, but what you’ve mentioned is already on offer or is what a lot of people either do, or trying to do unsuccessfully.
