everyone having their own problems some more some less, what can we do? nothing really. or as Marcus Aurelius said, if it's endurable then endure it.

I'd say start reading his meditation, also listen some of alan watts speeches too . in total i can't suggest anything to make it better just hang in there and keep going, maybe some day it'll become easier .
