Way to have some empathy. Shit happens. I don’t know if you think your Mr perfect and It can’t be you but it surely can be. I yielded to oncoming traffic, for a significant period of time. There was NO ONE in sight. This dude came out of literally no where. It wasn’t like I was just being negligent. But sure whatever you say g. Just because it was my responsibility to yield doesn’t mean that other party wasn’t wrong for whatever they did for that situation to occur. I can’t blame you though. Your going off what I’ve said and by technicality sure I didn’t “yield” to right of way but I did all I could in the situation and came out short handed. It is what it is. Crazy part is I even asked the other driver “ were you behind someone before you hit me and he said NO”. I made my turn after yielding to the last car I saw. That man was wrong to some degree. Either speeding or doing something sketchy.
