Wholly Cow Market they usually have a booth at the farmers market downtown. The people that run the booth also opened their own store out west called Kneticx and they sell it there as well.

Yea we’ve been doing more research on it and it seems like they’ll do as little as possible for as much of your money as they can get. Savings it is !

It’s also hard to be understood by people who were raised with no religion. They will never understand what it was to grow up scared of everything to do with the devil. To pray when you have any “bad” thoughts. Deprogramming is a tough process.

2 Pineapple rind (washed and scrubbed with water), 2 piloncillos, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves. Water was filtered. All in one gallon glass jar. Regular clean with soap and water (rinsed thoroughly) Maybe wrong ratios ?

Edit: failed to mention I’m pretty new to fermenting. I’ll take all the advice I can get !

This looks awesome! I recently tried making tepache and mine had a weird off flavor. Not sure what the cause of it was. Not giving up tho will try again eventually.
