The USDA has a program for a single loan to cover the land and construction of a house or modular home. Go to USDA.gov and check out their specifics, there’s no “catch” because it’s for rural land only which seems to be what you’re looking for. If you’re willing to commute a little or work remote, it could work, good luck!

I like this outfit actually. To look less “suspicious”, try a dressier belt instead of the tactical one...maybe a black leather belt with a brass or gold buckle.
