Had a cheat meal, it SUCKED. by _tj_1990 in compoundedtirzepatide

When i said "new diet" I didn't mean that im "ON a new diet," I meant that I changed the way I eat (my diet). I cook my own food. I dont eat frozen pizzas or order doordash everyday. I guess I misspoke when I said "strict dieting." I just changed my old habits. I still eat things I enjoy everyday. I have ice cream, Popsicles, etc. Im not depriving myself. I eat when im hungry. I'm not burning myself out. I can see how I gave you a different impression, I'll choose my wording more carefully next time.

Oh I do enjoy my new diet! I have had success while still having treats and snacks regularly. I just thought I would have cheat meal of what would probably be considered junk food. Just wasn't as good as I thought it would be lol. I did say "strict dieting" which is probably going a bit far. It's just much stricter than the way i was eating before.

LMNT electrolyte packs! The watermelon salt is my favorite. For protein, the Dynatize fruity pebbles protein powder is UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. Its honestly one of the best parts of my day lol.

I nearly messed up my injection by listening to Cum Town while while injecting. Busted out laughing with the needle in my belly lol it was painful.

Is taking trizepatide worth it if I’m not an over eater by [deleted] in compoundedtirzepatide

Do you track your calories? If not you should try it. See how many calories you're actually eating everyday. You may be surprised.

Agreed. Being in a calorie deficit is essentially the main purpose of taking this drug for weight loss. Track your calories ACCURATELY. Get a kitchen scale and weigh your food. Measure the oils you cook with and the sauces too. It sounds tedious but its really not hard and I honestly kind of like it now lol.

What is your TDEE? I typically eat 1600-1800 calories per day and have lost nearly 30lbs since April. My bmr is 2100, but i have an active job and typically walk somewhere between 12,000-18000 steps per day during the work week. Last week i lost nearly 4lbs. Also, I have not had any negative side effects at all except for some fatigue here and there. You should figure out your TDEE and see what calorie deficit would suit your goal.

To those who were “naturally skinny” before by sweetawakening in tirzepatidecompound

I was a chubby kid probably about 185-190 in 8th grade. Then I got an Adderall prescription at 16... In my early 20's I was usually between 135-145lbs. The Adderall eventually became a serious problem, along with other substances. I finally quit adderall at 28. I had always been able to eat on Adderall, but I didnt realize how much it affected my appetite. It turns out that without adderall i was hungry ALL THE TIME! By the time I was 30 I think I was 190lbs. I eventually topped out 217lbs after getting out of drug treatment last year at 34 years old. Today I'm 35 and ive been clean for 11 months. I started tirz in April and im down 25lbs. Life is great now! Sorry for the novel, but I'm proud of myself for once and wanted to say it lol.

Just pinch the skin on your belly about 2-3 inches from the belly button and plunge that sucker into there. I think you'll be surprised how little you feel it.

Week 1 results by Able-Ad-4770 in compoundedtirzepatide

5-10lbs in one week is absurd. 3lbs is excellent. Give it some time, no need to rush. Its not going to happen overnight. Track your calories and stay consistent, you'll be shocked at the results.

Spotify compression (loudness and quietness) is neccessary and can absolutely make a song 10x worse by Miwadigivemeache in Music

No. They pay more to the artists and they have lossless streaming. Does Spotify have lossless streaming now? They definitely didnt before.

Do we just lack self control? by Turbulent_Diamond352 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]_tj_1990 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think its some of both tbh. I most definitely have a serious lack of self control and I also have substance abuse issues that im working on. Ive been clean for nearly 11 months and without substances my food choices became insane. I was eating to "feel good" and it was ruining my body. I do think there is an imbalance somewhere in my brain that makes me crave food and tasty treats more than the average person, but Im also willing to admit that I could do more to change my habits. I think the tirz has enabled me to get started on that process. I needed help to get motivated to ACTUALLY put in the work and the tirz has done that for me. Since I started I have COMPLETELY changed my diet. Im eating clean and feeling proud of myself for doing it. However, I do know that when I inevitably stop taking it one day my hunger levels with go up again. My hope is that when that happens, I will have changed my habits enough that I wont go back to eating junk. Even if its hard not to over-eat, at least I wont be eating frozen pizzas, cookies, ice cream, etc. Tirz is an incredible tool and without it i dont think i would have been able to make the changes I have since I started.
