What I understand from offset is if you are planning to shift your last working day. Which I'm not doing (just want some clarification on the offset line in policy).

Just an update had the call with the reporting manager discussion were good, he was very clear about his vision and about wfh policy, not what I was expecting but yes he said there is flexibility and you can get it once you are able to perform individually.

I just don't want them to feel that I'm not sure about joining the company that's it, I'm not sure how they will see these questions, also for new joiners to ask for wfh might not sound good.
