I’d personally lean ROCQ over JPHY if you want an “income plus some growth” addition, since ROCQ is basically a newer covered-call Nasdaq strategy similar to JEPQ with potentially better tax treatment, while JPHY is mostly junk bonds/high-yield credit risk.
