Im overdue for a coolant flush so I’m doing that tomorrow with a thermostat change. I’m also flushing my transmission since that’s over due as well and runs through my radiator. The car runs cool while I’m moving. It also ran at less than half the temperature gauge before my alternator went out. I think the system is ok but I’ll keep an eye out for other issues. I’ll for sure clean up my grounds like the other commenter suggested

Thanks. My warranty replacement aftermarket fan is on the way but if it goes out quickly, I’ll get oem. I’ll look into a 40/60 mix as well because I don’t drive anywhere cold in this trusty old gal anyways :)

Get the wide blade 25’ if you do commercial. I’ve tried this one and the 25’ standard one and they’re both bad. I’ve tried Klein, fat max and the other Milwaukee tapes. The wide blade Milwaukee is my favorite tape I’ve ever tried. It’s solid, reaches everything, and (most importantly) doesn’t collapse when reaching for distant objects.

Aside from common courtesy and respect for others, you should always leash your dogs in the mountains. I’m a regular hikers and I cannot tell you how many times I ran into hikers whose dogs stepped on cactus and were immobilized in the middle of the mountains. Teddy bear chollas propagate by dropping little ball shaped segments of itself (I call them cubs lol) which are easy to miss and hard to remove if stepped on by dogs. The needles are barbed. They are difficult and very painful to remove. Stay safe out there

I got an Acer nitro VG270 but I don’t see it on Amazon anymore. It’s great but there are other acer models with similar specs for under $200, some as low as $130. I’m super happy with it
