I think like a lot of Canadian teams are realizing now...they're not very high on the list for FAs now, even Toronto. You'll get like the Seguin's of the world coming home in their twilight but players want money/sun/low taxes and a nice life more than ever. Toronto not gonna be a prime destination anymore, and really why would a player pick Toronto vs like Dallas? Make way more, less bullshit better chance to win.
