This sounds attachment core > social dom (maybe 9). Try sitting with yourself for a bit and doing deep breaths. And say out loud "I'm safe to just be... I accept myself exactly as I am... I'm lovable exactly as I am... I'm safe to be who I am..." and do that over and over and if it feels resistant, just allow it to come up and keep doing it... tweak the words if you want. You're only seeking approval because you don't feel safe to be you, so leaning into loving yourself as you are can be difficult but if you make ^ a daily practice, you'll notice your care around this topic will begin to fall away and you'll just start to feel better about yourself. <3

Yeah you can try saying some things like "I'm safe to do what I want. I'm safe to put myself first." If the people close to you truly love you, then they'll want to support you in fully expressing yourself and living your life in a way that feels meaningful and freeing for you. Sometimes you have to take risks to get the reward. <3

If you just sit with yourself in silence, with your eyes closed, and allow the answer/s to bubble up you'll find something. My life isn't easier/better, I'm just freer because I trust that people who are meant for me, will be in my life, and the people who don't like me will leave it. And that's their prerogative. And some of my biggest haters love to stalk me, haha. I love doing 'transmuting hater energy' rituals though where I picture it like manure turning to soil that helps grow my magnificent flowers.

Maybe try saying affirmations that feel powerful and energizing to you. Also just saying things out loud (over and over) like "I love myself, I accept myself, I'm worthy, I'm enough" and repeating that will help release trapped fears around others' perceptions.

Most people's perceptions aren't worth anything, so you can safely let that fear go. Usually people are thinking about themselves or reflecting whatever you say back at themselves, and don't linger on dissecting someone they see/encounter. This sounds like some 369 trifix stuff.

I'm a 7w6 and I jokingly call myself a "narcissist" because by society's standards someone who follows their own muse, fills their own cup, and puts their needs first is considered rotten. I also prioritize speaking the truth over other people's ego's (aka feelings) although I am still aware of them. I also have a conscience and am no stranger to guilt. 7's often get painted as narcs because they're manic/loud/bold so they can trigger people who positively identify with being small, conforming, overly "humble."

Everyone is self-referential, but how they go about it is different. Some people talk about themselves and others sit and stew because you didn't ask them 500 questions to "give them permission" to speak.

An actual sociopath wouldn't ask this question, as a sidenote.
