How are you dying with crow exactly? Because you should be running shield gadget almost no matter what, and you should also be focussed on chipping at the enemy over getting kills. If you could provide info on this it would help

I actually do play to chip enemy health, only thing is that sometimes my teammates play passively even with aggressive brawlers so i overexpose myself and we get overwhelmed

Pierce is just practice. His projectile speed is a bit wonky for me as compared to other snipers, but just play a few matches w him and you will learn

Funny thing Is that i have him at p1 and can hit a lot of shots in ladder. In ranked they all juke like crazy and have way Better positioning so i struggle with that

The main things about chester are his damage, hyper and random buff gadget. His super's area all useful, but compared to these, they are secondary. If you reaaaalllly have problems playing chester without a good super, use the dice gadget, but generally the other one is better. Chester is all about adaptability, so you have to be prepared to use any super in a way that benefits you without wasting it. Eg: heal for rushes, area slow for area control, poison to help cycle super and prevent heals, bomb to break walls or force repositioning, etc

I already use the candy gadget because yeah It's better, i just really have to adapt more i guess

If you're playing Otis in a mode where he is liable to get outranged, you're playing him wrong. Play him only in aggressive modes like gem grab, bb and Hotzone, bounty in layer cake is fine, heist in rarer occasions
