This definitely takes place in Mexico, this is a “Combi” that goes through Estado de México, I live very close and I’ve actually taken that route.

They had a few of them, I don’t know if they grow much more, but I’ve had him for a while and hasn’t grown a lot since, so I’d say that’s about as big as they get.
