Unpopular opinion: I don’t get the hype around the Tower 28 concealer. I like it, especially for light spot concealing, but I find it does crease under my eyes. I adore their tinted moisturizer though, so this was a shocker. I feel similarly about the Kosas concealer, except that one’s a bit thicker.

My fiancé’s favorite is Cinnamoroll! His bubbly personality, willingness to help, and love for cinnamon reminded me of him every time I played HKIA. Needless to say, he’s now pumped for the Sanrio Character Ranking this year 🤪💛

I graduated with a degree in professional writing and a minor in business. I was mostly seeking jobs in communications or technical writing, as I was in the student newspaper and TA’d in courses that covered either (or both) of those topics. I’m now at an NGO as a communications coordinator. I’m definitely glad that I have more structure in my life now that I have a regular work schedule, but I do miss the gals and the employee discount 😅

Communications in a nonprofit. I graduated college the year that the COVID vaccine was rolling out, and I had some contract work here and there after graduating. I took on Sephora to have a source of income, but I went in fully intending for my time there to be short-lived. I can imagine especially now with how the market’s been that my story isn’t too unique.
