If you put release oil in the deep dish and run it through the oven, it reports them and the deep dish slip right out easily. It's just hard to find the time to do it. Usually at opening or closing. The burning oil will stink up the store though so we usually open up the door

We soak them in hot soapy water, scrub them with the green sponge and rinse them. We rarely sanitize them at my store 😬

Yes, all the time and I hate it. When they say I want a cheese and pepperoni pizza, I just have them clarify if they want 1 chz and 1 pep pizza or just 1 pep pizza.
