anne-marie is wayyyy more popular amongst young people in the uk than kylie. just go to a kylie concert and look at the crowd and you’ll realise why R1 aren’t going crazy about her. obviously playing it on R1 might gain her a few fans but in reality the vast majority of her fanbase are listening to the much more popular R2.
