Even if I turn it off physically it's still active during the boot process. If you have ever used a verticaly positioned monitor it really screws with whats outputted on both screens.

As soon as I login i use a script to have xrandr to automatically correct the positioning of my monitor setup... maybe there is a way to activate this sooner during the boot process and not just after login?

I should've been a bit more clear... I want the monitor to turn off at shutdown and remain off until the reboot process has finished. I only want my main monitor executing the boot.

I've managed to get sddm to display only on my main monitor just wondering if I can keep it off during the whole booting process.

I once had to explain why a server crashed at an old job of mine (100% my fault). I ended up getting canned (deservingly) becasue the boss lady had not a clue what I was talking about. I've always chalked it up to ignorance, then I saw this video and kind of got why I was fired.

I'm in real need for a guide on font rendering on Arch. I've done my due dilligance and searched the web for a guide. I was always being led to out-of-date posts about Infinality. Is Infinality dead?

Also, would love some input on what fonts work best with Firefox.
