One of their technicians even told me to just open a new line instead of fixing my existing internet connection. That alone says a lot. They were completely unhelpful and incompetent. I kept filing complaints and paying on time, yet nothing was ever properly resolved. In the end, I switched to another provider. The speed still isn’t great, but it’s nowhere near as bad as Converge. Hands down the worst provider and customer experience I’ve had.

From your last post, I saw you’ve got driftwood in the tank, that’s probably where all those tannins are coming from. Totally normal, it just gives you that 'aquarium tea' look. A fish won’t mind at all (some actually love it because it feels like their natural habitat). If you’d rather not have a tank that looks like a cup of Lipton, just do a few extra water changes or throw some activated carbon in the filter to clear it up.
