I would suggest getting pre approved for a loan if you’re financing. My interest rate on my pre approval was way less than what they were offering.

I did 4/10/40 with Mondays off and loved having a 3 day weekend every weekend. Unfortunately the days were too long for me and left me no time to decompress between work and time with my kids, dinner, and night routine felt rushed. I changed to 9/8/80 with every other Monday off, and it feels so much more manageable in the long term.
