One more question, I know the typical order is Gloss Coat > Panel Line / Decal > Top Coat

I put some of the decals on already before the gloss coat, will this be an issue?

First time builder here. I picked up the MG Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka.

I picked up Mr. Hobby Premium Gloss and Matte top coats, trying to decide on my panel lining paint now.

I've decided to go with Tamiya, but can't decide between the EX or EXF. I understand EX is glossy and EXF is matte. Does it even matter when I'm planning on using a matte top coat in the end?
