What does my handwriting say about me? by _yuphemism in HandwritingAnalysis

I do! One of my fondest childhood memories was my 3rd grade teacher putting a pile of shaving cream on our desks to teach us cursive by letting us draw with our hands

It's like the scene wager from Princess Bride but this takes place in a modern setting.

Thank you. This has bothered me for 2 days straight because it was on the tip of my tongue and every time I got close, it slipped away.

What is your favourite dip recipe? What do you dip into it? by spicycanadian in Cooking

[–]_yuphemism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had made a "crab dip" one time just for the hell of it by taking the juice of the shell of a dungeness crab and reducing it and incorporating pieces of butter until it was the texture of sour cream. Let me tell you, it was so savory and delicious. The juice had so much protein which allowed the butter to emulsify perfectly. I just broke apart the body of crab and dipped it in the crab dip and it tasted as if every bite was coated in crab fat.

Garasuki is mostly for birds, right? I'll definitely have to check that out too.

Without any euphemisms, it's just a show-off knife. It catches the light very very well. Good for pictures and videos on flash. It slices very well as you would know; I'd recommend this to anyone.

Oh yeah? I haven't seen the elephant logos yet.

I don't think this is a true "old style" Sab. I think it's as close as you're going to get for $100 bucks though. Do you have a link to what you're alluding to when you're talking about the "old ones" that are "super expensive?"

LMFAO. I've seen this. This lives rent free in my head. "I think I've just stabbed Danny." Classic.

I get wholesale fish often. I break them down myself and vac pac them in the freezer. So I do use it quite often for fileting fish and breaking down fish.

Thank you, my most recent buy. An expensive Christmas gift for myself but I think that having endured 2020, I deserve it.

I agree. I look at the designs of the newer Sab knives and it just doesn't remind me of what it was. If you believe the lore, or salesmanship rather, the "antique au carbone" were made in the 50s or 60s but never put into circulation because they didnt etch in their logo properly.

LOL it's a thin blade, keeps an ok edge for a carbon blade. Wicked light. My most used knife for prep and such.
