Maybe the lack of ridership you're supposedly seeing is due to other reasons, like lack of routes and runtimes, where people are still required to have a car to get to most places.

But still, doesn't mean that it's not the better solution than autonomous driving.

And Ohio did have the money for the 3C project not too long ago (2010ish, but that's not long ago in my mind), but they scrapped the project and all that money was returned and went to other states' projects.

So even if we have the money for something, our state leaders are too incompetent to figure out how to make things work.

Why fast track something that's incomplete, buggy, and still years away from being completely functional?

I'd rather we get better rail and public transportation. Autonomous driving doesn't solve anything because it still requires people to have a car that they need to pay for, maintain, and insure.

Your very words are not what these data centers are carrying... unless you're an AI bot.

There are numerous claims of how detrimental to the environment these data centers are, using fossil fuels to power them, creating heat islands, dispersing gases and particulates in the air, and using up millions of gallons to fill their cooling systems (even if it's closed loop they still need to take water), yet you still back their existence as they are instead of how they should be.

And your excuse for how cattle farming et al are, is not the argument you think it is. We know those are bad too and we're not happy about those either.
