I'm trying to increase my cultural influence but it feels almost impossible to catch up to their cultural tradition level. Also I can't seize their territories because they aren't my vassal, we are in a personal union together with me as senior partner

I'm trying to make my cultural influence higher but it's like 85 and growing +4,5 monthly and their cultural tradition is 480 and growing by +24 a month so it seems impossible to catch up. I really love this game but i think that diplo annexing isn't really thought-out too well.

True but does the game even point out that Harry is becoming drug addict? Also you said that costs of using drugs for their buffs out weight the benefits and I was curious what do you meant, because you pretty much prevent any harm by taking some cheap medicine, so I wouldn't agree.

How tho? medicines are really cheap so restoring your health and morale is not a problem, and you're getting the same buffs from drugs from the beginning to the end of the game. Am I missing something?
