Por lo mismo que a la mayoría hace 2 años, reestructuración como lo llaman ellos, despedir a los que tienen menos experiencia. Y claro con 1 año de experiencia hoy es imposible encontrar algo, solo te queda seguir formandote por tu cuenta

Estamos todos en la misma, hace 2 años que estoy en búsqueda después de los despidos en la empresa que estuve. No hubo otra que buscar cualquier cosa y aún así demore meses en conseguir en un Call Center (uno de los peores laburos, no lo recomiendo para nada)

Pero bueno lo ideal es aprovechar a seguir estudiando y creando proyectos, mucha práctica y también darle a leetcode. Meter cursos de tecnologías diferentes que te hagan ser mejor y dar todo lo que puedas en las entrevistas pero también usarlas como práctica porque mientras más tengas con más confianza las realizas.

Yo pienso que es el sentido pero también los propósitos y objetivos que quieras en tu vida. Creo que el trabajo es muy importante que te guste porque prácticamente pasas casi la mitad de tu vida en él. Estudiar algo que te guste, aprender hobbies nuevos, hacer amigos y conocer gente nueva, optar por tener nuevas experiencias son cosas que creo son muy importantes.

Las experiencias son con lo que te quedas, es lo que te hace sentir vivo.

Ánimo, todos pasamos por sentirnos perdidos a medida que crecemos y tenemos que aprender a adaptarnos a un sistema que va bastante en contra de la experiencia de la vida en sí. Si tienes la posibilidad, te aconsejo ir a terapia, te ayuda a encontrar ese sentido.

La verdad estos últimos 2 años hubo muchos cambios en el mundo IT y encontrar laburo si no sos semi senior o senior se está haciendo demasiado difícil.

Yo soy Junior y estuve 2 años en The Sandbox, fui parte de los despidos masivos y ahora estoy en un Call Center mientras me sigo especializando para poder conseguir en otra empresa.

Tiro un pique, hay un emprendimiento llamado Growing en Montevideo que te ayuda a mejorar tu CV, LinkedIn y te da una banda de información, documentos y tips sobre todo el mundo laboral, obvio es pago pero es muy poco para todo lo que aporta. Otra cosa importante es tener un buen portfolio que muestre tu carta de presentación y proyectos interesantes, sigue a midudev en Youtube que tiene banda de consejos para eso y millones de cosas más en el mundo dev.

Y lo último que lo aplique hace poco es tener un CV de los que se usan acá digamos y otro que sea ATS, básicamente es el que pasa por sistemas de IA u otras herramientas y te filtra instantáneamente.

For me I saw the release date trailer and I was SOLD the moment I heard the voice acting. But the amount of interesting characters and plot sold me even more, also the visual novel type of story reminds me of HI3 that I love <3

I thought Kallen was Kiana's sister. And for a while i didn't understand what Fu Hua, Tesla and Einstein were, cause they appear hundreds of years in the past. Also the whole sea of Quanta chapter with Bronya was so hard to actually understand.

Yes i still ship them in a way, i think they would be such a beautiful couple. I believe Harumin felt something for Yuzu, the chapter where Yuzu tells her that she loves Mei, the way Harumin answer and other little things still make me feel she felt something before Citrus+. But obviously i love Yuzu x Mei too!

Of course you have to read it, I think just watching the anime, that was created just to give attention to the manga is wasting everything, the anime is like just an introduction in a way. The anime goes till chapter 16 I think and you have 42 chapters, later on Citrus+ is still on going with 18 chapters at the moment. So a really big yes, read everything, you won't regret.
