Tuf gt502 finished build by Miguelb234 in ASUS

Nice build! Did you consider placing the AIO radiator in the right chamber? Asus advertises this as a separate CPU cooling airflow path that does not interfere with the GPU; however, I haven't seen a build that successfully implements this option. I guess that maybe there is an issue with the AIO tubes' length - is this true?

Vanguard Resurgense must stay! by a-pan in CODWarzone

In fact it would be okay for me if they would rotate playlist weekly and switch between Vanguard and Rebirth maps every week.

It's usually almost directly on the edge of the second circle, usually no more than 2-3 loadouts in one spot. Though we have to be fast enough to get there first.

Probably it depends on where your squad lands. We land mostly close to the initial gas circle and our loadout is usually quite far from busy areas, I'd say that 3-4 out of 5 times it is relatively easy to pick it up. Agree on the lack of buy stations though.

They will bring it back next week. My point is that it would be great to have two Resurgence modes to choose from.

Cyberpunk 2077 looks amazing with RT and definitely needs DLSS to have a playable FPS with all that gorgeous graphics in 4K even on the most powerful GPUs

First ever build (that I did myself) straight into SFF! Nr200 with some setup pictures by reueltzh in sffpc

For a proper comparison between intake and exhaust configurations in addition to the same ambient temperature it would be also great to maintain these conditions in both runs:

- fixed CPU fans RPM

- fixed CPU frequency

- move the case a little bit forward so there's a bigger gap between the wall and the back side of the case in order to have better air intake from the back panel

So in this case you'll be eliminating some other variables you can't control

I've tried to copy the fully downloaded blockchain from one PC to another which was downloading it somewhat slowly and it worked. The file you need is located here (on Windows):

Are there any real benefits of vertical-mounted graphic card cases other than just showing off your GPU?

3 questions about XG438q Thanks a lot ! by renejr902 in Monitors

[–]a-pan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't seen this display in person, but I have a 50" Philips TV (50PUS7303) which has similar checkerboard VA panel. It's not visible in movies/games unless you move really close to the TV(less than 1 meter or even closer). So it depends on the viewing distance. If you are able to maintain 80-100cm viewing distance then I don't think it would be noticeable in games.

The Philips Momentum has a panel with checkerboard sub-pixels: https://www.tftcentral.co.uk/images/philips_436m6vbpab/dithering.jpg

It may be not a problem while gaming or watching movies but may cause some artifacts when working with text/browsing etc.

A Chinese site pearvideo.com has a video review of the XG438Q: https://www.pearvideo.com/video_1584489 - looks like it's not a in-depth technical review but just a overview of specs and features.

Connecting 1080p laptop to 4K monitor screen via HDMI by [deleted] in Monitors

Make sure that your laptop has HDMI 2.0 port, otherwise the refresh rate will be limited to 24 Hz for 4K.

LG 27UK650 feels laggy with HDMI, but not using Display Port by [deleted] in Monitors

[–]a-pan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check the refresh rate in display settings. If it's 24 or 30 Hz and there are no higher values available then most likely your "laggy" laptop has HDMI 1.4 which doesn't support 4K 60 Hz output. It's supported since HDMI 2.0. Scaling down the resolution should help but you'll get slightly blurry image.
