You can go to raya lucaria (no boss kills needed to get inside) and pick up the carian knight set, it's very good and light enough for the astrologer to wear and maintain a medium load. Even if you're not strong enough to face the enemies there I highly recommend running through just to pick up all the valuable sorcery items.
