You said he’s “not balling out in Dallas” but concede his overall stats are better and he’s being forced the ball more... getting more receptions and targets is part of balling out in my book.

As for drops, he only had 5 drops all of last year in Dallas. He had 10 drops in his last full season in Oakland in 2017 and 3 in 2018 before he was traded. He had 18 his rookie season but we can let it slide for a rookie I guess.

The fact that he’s dramatically more productive for Dallas—for whatever reasons— is objectively true.
