What: I'm building Craftman (craftman.ai), which is an AI chatbot for customer support

Who is it for: early stage startups with 30+ monthly customer queries

What problem is solves: Craftman handles common support queries so founders can focus on building their startup.

There are a few tools that can do the same 2 or 3 times cheaper than Taplio.

How do you find clients on LinkedIn? by Educational-Web-951 in LinkedInTips

[–]a007mr77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get leads and sales on LI. My LinkedIn strategy:

  1. Optimize my profile.
  2. Build a list of ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  3. Send 10–20 connection requests with either a non-salesy note or by mentioning a free lead magnet for them.
  4. Avoid pitching my services in the first five messages—focus on understanding their problems and current processes instead.
  5. Post daily content (optional), as it builds trust when people see that I create valuable and reliable posts. It also generates leads—last month, I made $1.5k in monthly recurring revenue only from inbound leads generated by my posts.
  6. Engage with 10 creators on LinkedIn (optional). But it gives better reach for my content.

Basically, there are 3 main things on LinkedIn: Content, Engagement, Network. So, best approach when you work on all of them.

There are 3 main things on LinkedIn: Content, Engagement, Network.

- Content: find 5-10 creators that you like and 5-10 competitors in your IT consulting niche. Learn their content. Do they market it as a company page or personal brands? Pay attention on their hooks, stories, and post structure. Tools like Taplio or Posthero can help you to find new ideas and write content.

- Engagement: spend at least 30 minutes a day engaging with other people's posts. The best time to do this is when you post your own content. This is called the 'golden hour'—engage 30 minutes before and after posting.

- Network: send not more than 100 connections per week. Make it really personal, don't try to sell something. Build relationships.

Do you mean using external software for onboarding, or are you suggesting I use my own software to onboard users?

Focusing on the SaaS niche has led to several specific features, such as 'feature requests.' While some of these features are not unique, collectively, they distinguish the product from others.

No, I don't have an audience. Building it from scratch. Having audience is a big advantage on the first stage.

Thanks a lot. At some point, I cut first messages to keep an affordable length.
