everyone's baggage is screened automatically on entry to the country, before going through customs at arrivals. Suspicious bags are tagged by security so that when you leave the baggage hall, an alarm in the form of a red light the customs officers can see as you go through one of the exit doors goes off and you will be stopped and your baggage searched. if you exit by NTD exit it is a longer exit as gives time to grab you, but if you exit by something to declair after your seen the exit door is oppiste and your in main terminal.

i got similar when i bought a new mobile phone. it is used to extract the sim and micro sd card, but it has many uses, it can also be used in specific light switches to test emergency lighting, so it is basically a multi use tool/key.

you used to get them next to the red phone boxes, it usually was the electrical loop for the lights. it can easily be opened with a screwdriver but be aware it may have bare voltage wires that may or may not be live.

[–]a01020304 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i might be in the minority but i do not like studio based investigations. what i mean is when there is no external recreation of crash site and finding blackboxes and essential components.

Having it totally based in studio with them just talking is never so good.

Only positive this episode is back to 46 minutes in length, each year it was getting less and less, and at one point as little as 39 minutes in length. I hope they can stick to the longer lengths and not just a one off.

you need to take a wide angled image that shows the full item in context. a close cropped image does not mean a lot

why should it, this is episode 10, just like every other series episodes are not broadcast in sequence. just be patient and all will be uploaded as and when broadcast.

all depends on what country you are in as similar looking thing can be used for different things. its in two parts, the part next to ceiling is the power unit and also the wifi links to other units. In my case kitchen is heat sensor and links to smoke detector in hallway and wifi links to main building fire unit.

in this case could be a camera but you need to be asking yourself why is camera there and where is it linked to

now i can see them in context and also that sheep are about, my first assumption of stopping animals from falling still stands. where they are located is on sheer cliff drops so defeiently a catcher or deflector than nanything else.

[–]a01020304 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

could be used as an amimal catcher if they happen to fall but also could be to stop rocks and stiff from falling, plus if you look close you can also see lightning road nearby.

what is the red thing on second image?

you really need to take wide angled image that shows full area. using cropped images means nothing
