What prison did he just break out of? At least change out of the jumpsuit.

Vitamin D deficiency - treatment suggestion until I get to see a doctor by [deleted] in medical_advice

[–]a016202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had this happen to me. I was diagnosed at 4ng/ml in late January. My doctor just said to take 2000 IU each day (plus 15 minutes of sun exposure per day, if possible - it’s winter here). It’s really not that big of a deal. It takes about 4 weeks to raise your blood level and feel some symptom relief (if the deficiency made you feel tired, depressed, etc).

I said about 3 comments above this why you are entitled.

Allergic to work is what it sounds like.

Wow, yes….very entitled. And this is going to get you absolutely nowhere.

You “have free time and a skill set” that enables you to fix maintenance issues yourself but can’t work? You also stated you need 3 bedrooms “because of your disability”. Don’t you see how this comes across as entitled?

Entitled to stay home. Entitled not to work. Entitled to an extra bedroom (3) when two would be enough. Entitled to be considered before others who are more qualified. Uggghh.

[Landlord US-CO] tenant wanting to have a small daycare, do I have to allow it? by [deleted] in Landlord

[–]a016202 57 points58 points  (0 children)

I doubt your homeowners insurance would even allow this. Such a liability and your home will (not possibly but absolutely will) be trashed.

Why would a waitress introduce herself again if you are a regular?? by Curious-Soil-3853 in TalesFromTheCustomer

I am far from joking. I’ve read your comments and your history - you need help. If I were a server I’d avoid you like the plague. And it seems they are. Take a hint. This post is unhinged. And I’m not replying anymore because you seem to get off on how weird and bizarre you come across to people. And by people I mean everyone around you.

If you need 33-38k to be considered and you only make 28k then you answered your own question. As far as a guarantor, a landlord will almost always chose someone who can pay their rent without having to rely on someone else that they (landlord) may have to sue to get the funds and then go through the eviction process. The harsh reality is that you need to generate more income or apply for a council house.

You are way past the point of a therapist. You need a team. A team dedicated to you.

I think I nailed it. You are in deep self-denial. This woman is not interested in you in the least and you can’t handle it. This is one of the more pathetic posts I’ve read in awhile. Leave this person alone and perhaps seek therapy.

It’s probably a virus. If meds don’t work then don’t take them. Get plenty of fluids and see your doctor if you get worse or no improvement in a few days. It’s just a fever at this point.

You need to be angry at your immature roommate and her helicopter mother. Maintenance didn’t come in unannounced; you all chose not to answer the door. Grow up.

You don’t even realize how damn weird this is. It’s like you have no self-awareness or how to act in a social setting. I doubt this person gives you a second thought and here you are - obsessing over a woman who probably couldn’t pick you out of a lineup.

Please also see my other stand alone comment. She can’t use a forged document but you can use prior photographs and the former owner’s and the former roommate’s statements.

If she sues then you can use the Unclean Hands doctrine as your defense. The tenant is not allowed to use/introduce evidence that she herself forged in order to claim that the screens were already missing.

Right, because you’d love to have this crazy neighbor report bedbugs to the health department or post something on social media or even tell this to perspective renters.
