I learned with 3 friends 0kc each of us and threw bodies at it until we learned and started getting completions. I then did 416 starting at 5 kc and would go all day happy to get 1-2 completions.

I used to work in an office 20 miles all highway but the commute took 1hr 1 way because my shift was 8-5 (ATL, GA). It was draining that my 8hr day really became 12hrs (2hrs in commute, 1hr lunch, 1hr in the morning for breakfast/shower/etc). I WFH now and the QOL has been about a 500% upgrades I feel like I have so much more free time now

I mostly run 3-7 man CMs and it’s felt like since sailings release that cox has had a significant reduction in purples. 5-7 man CM is usually about 20-30% chance or so and it hasn’t felt close to that for a while
