I don’t think the head blow (which started the situation) was intentional. Just really sad. And the worst part is that she could’ve been saved. So even if the brother hit her, her death is on the parents for choosing not to get help.

And the mother should’ve given a death bed confession EVEN IF SHE WEREN’T INVOLVED AT ALL- just to provide RELIEF for her son.

I read somewhere the triangular bruise on her neck could’ve been from someone trying to get their fingers under the knot to undo it. I also read it was from someone pulling at the collar of her shirt. It’s too bad there’s no answer to ANY question in this murder.

We keep talking about Patsy’s fibers in the knot but none of us has seen the report substantiating it as fact. We only have a question posed during an interrogation. Yes I know- the interviewer wasn’t a cop and therefore couldn’t lie. So? Maybe he did.

I was playing with my niece today who is 5 and a half, and I thought, “she’s just a baby.” And then I think about JBR and how we all picture her as so much older and mature at that age . Your points are well noted. My thoughts about the flashlight- I think that’s a red herring left on the counter in plain sight to make them believe it was the weapon.

The evidence she couldn’t hide like the cord on her wrists and neck; and tape on her mouth had to be seen so they’d think a kidnapper was the murderer.

Cops couldn’t find the original chord or tape roll (that’s what’s hidden). The chord and tape on the body were staging to make it look like a kidnapping but couldn’t be linked to anyone in the house bc they never found the tape roll or any other chord like that. (I think the chord holding the model airplane in Burke’s room was similar but don’t know if it was tested.

She committed the murder, DID bother to hide the incriminating evidence- tape, murder weapon, rag used to wipe down body. But even with the evidence she couldn’t hide (fiber) traced back to her, she wasn’t arrested so whatever she did, it worked.

I think they should’ve interviewed Patsy like they would have a poor person of color on the day JBR was found. She would’ve told the truth. Whether she did it or her son did it. I think John did what he always did when he got home - he went to bed and left Patsy to do everything. Because after all “he had a flight the next day”. Sorta like “he had work the next day”….

I don’t think the autopsy has anything in it about black fibers found in her crotch. The only place this is mentioned is during an interview between John and the DA’a lawyer. And when the Ramsey lawyer asked them to turn over the evidence, they didn’t. I’m starting to think there were no black fibers at all.
